Welcome to Lumea Designs. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to the processing, dispatch, and delivery of orders placed through our website and other official sales channels.
Shipping Methods and Costs
Orders are shipped through trusted logistics partners such as DTDC and India Post. Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated based on the delivery address, package weight, and serviceability of the destination. The applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before completing the purchase.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after successful order confirmation and payment verification. Processing time may vary during peak seasons, promotional periods, or due to operational requirements. Lumea Designs reserves the right to adjust processing timelines when necessary.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery timelines vary depending on the customer’s location and the courier partner handling the shipment. Standard deliveries generally take approximately 5–7 business days. However, delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to courier operations, regional constraints, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Lumea Designs is responsible only for dispatching the order within the processing timeline. Once the order has been handed over to the courier partner, delivery timelines and logistics operations are managed by the respective courier service.
Order Tracking
For orders placed through our website, a dispatch confirmation email/ whatsapp containing tracking details will be sent once the shipment is handed over to the courier partner.
For orders placed through other platforms or channels (such as social media, marketplace platforms, or direct orders), dispatch confirmations and tracking updates will be shared through the respective platform used for placing the order.
Shipping Restrictions
Currently, Lumea Designs ships only within India. Orders cannot be redirected to a different shipping address once the order has been processed or dispatched.
Incorrect Address or Delivery Failure
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at the time of placing the order. Lumea Designs will not be responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If a shipment is returned due to incorrect address, recipient unavailability, the order will not be eligible for refund. Reshipping requests may require additional shipping charges.
Issues with Shipping
If you experience any issues with your shipment, such as damaged packaging or missing items, you must contact us at care@lumeadesigns.in within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos and order details. Requests made after this period are not eligible for review.
Policy Agreement
By placing an order with Lumea Designs through our website or any of our official sales channels, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms, conditions, and policies stated on this website. Continued use of our services or placing an order after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
