Cancellation Policy

At Lumea Designs, each order is carefully processed to ensure quality and timely dispatch. We request customers to review the cancellation terms below before placing an order.

Order Cancellation

Eligibility:
Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order has been processed, prepared for dispatch, or handed over for shipping, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

How to Cancel:
To request a cancellation, please contact us at care@lumeadesigns.in or call us at +91-8281554085 with your order number and cancellation request.

Refund Processing:
If the cancellation request is approved and the order has not yet been processed or dispatched, the refund will be initiated to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider or banking institution.

Non-Cancellable Orders

Orders that include customized, altered, or stitched products made according to specific customer measurements cannot be cancelled once the order has been confirmed or production has begun.

Additionally, special size orders such as 3XL and above are made specifically for the customer and therefore are strictly non-cancellable.

Orders Already Shipped

If an order has already been dispatched from our facility, it cannot be cancelled. Customers are requested to refer to our Return & Refund Policy for further information regarding eligible cases.

Policy Agreement

By placing an order with Lumea Designs through our website or any of our official sales channels, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms, conditions, and policies stated on this website. Continued use of our services or placing an order after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
