Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with Lumea Designs. As most of our products are made with careful attention to design and fit, we request customers to review our Return & Refund Policy below before placing an order.
Returns
Returns are generally not encouraged. However, in exceptional situations, customers may contact us within 2 – 3 days of delivery to request a return review. Requests made after this period will not be considered.
Any product approved for return must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Return approvals are solely at the discretion of Lumea Designs.
Refunds
If a return request is approved and the product passes our quality inspection after receipt, a refund may be processed to the original payment method within 2 – 3 days. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Exchanges may be considered in limited cases depending on product availability. The replacement product will be dispatched only after the original item has been received and verified by our team.
Please note that products which are altered, customized, or stitched according to specific customer measurements are strictly not eligible for exchange.
Customized & Special Size Orders
Products that are customized, altered, or stitched according to specific customer measurements are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
Additionally, sizes 3XL and above are considered special size orders and are made specifically for the customer; therefore, they are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 – 72 hours of delivery with clear photos, package opening videos without cuts or edits and order details. The product must be opened and inspected within this time frame.
Please note that claims will only be considered if the item has been opened and verified within the specified period. Requests made after this time, including cases where the package was not opened or inspected, will not be eligible for return, replacement, or refund.
Order Cancellation
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after they have been processed or dispatched from our facility. In case a cancellation request is received before processing, approval will be subject to review by Lumea Designs.
Color & Design Variation
We make every effort to display product colors and designs as accurately as possible. However, due to variations in screen settings, lighting during photography, and fabric dye batches, slight differences in color or appearance may occur. Such minor variations will not be considered as defects and will not be eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
Shipping Delays
We ship our orders through trusted logistics partners such as DTDC and India Post. While we ensure that orders are dispatched on time from our side, delivery timelines are managed entirely by the respective courier partners.
Please note that delivery timelines provided are estimated timelines only and may vary due to operational, logistical, or regional constraints beyond our control.
In the event of any delay caused by DTDC or India Post, Lumea Designs will not be liable for any compensation, as these delays are beyond our control. However, we will gladly assist you in tracking your shipment and coordinating with the courier partner whenever possible.
